One of the best hotels in San Sebastian. I came very early that day, my room was prepared, so I could have some rest before the official check in time. I was very pleased with it.

L'expérience comme à chaque fois a été de grande qualité... à un petit bémol près. L'avant dernière fois nous avons été accueilli avec une coupe de cava et nous avions trouvé cela tellement appréciable. En revanche lors de notre dernier passage on nous a gentiment demandé de nous adresser au bar et d'y payer notre coupe, ce que nous avons fait bien entendu. Je pense qu'il s'agit d'une erreur qui ne nous empêchera pas de revenir mais que nous souhaitions porter à votre connaissance. L'accueil est tellement parfait que toute fausse note, soudain devient visible et regrettable. Pour terminer sur une note positive je souhaiterais souligner l'efficacité et la gentillesse bref l'excellence du service de bagagerie.
