The entire staff at LaSala was incredible! My family stayed here and when our departing flight was unexpectedly cancelled, they took us back to shelter in their lobby, helped us arrange a transfer to Bilbao. They went above and beyond, and for this reason, we will refer LaSala to all who are traveling to San Sebastian!

Not as good as previous 2 stays. The front desk staff lack experience and it would be good to have senior GM visible. The sustainability policy seems like an excuse for not cleaning the room and changing the linen and towels, and the hotel is not really value for money anymore. I can find much better hotel and room for €700 per night! The rental bikes did not work and 2 of the front desk staff could not figure out the tablet, and those QR codes completely undermine the service experience of a high quality hotel.
