Location and rooftop were amazing. (Although pool is disappointing as far too cold and really not swimmable as too shallow and narrow.)
Staff were without exception friendly, helpful and efficient. They just dealt with things! We didn’t use the restaurant- one of our party was vegetarian and there were no options listed on your menu.

Excellent! The staff was very helpful & polite. The view from our room was amazing! The location of the hotel allowed us to walk everywhere!

Good. Hotel is way too expensive for what it is. I had to spend over 400€ to spend 1 more night there because of the poor weather, in a room with a view of the street. Don’t understand why the hotel is so expensive. I have paid half of that for better hotels

The staff at the hotel were very nice and knowledgeable. They helped with directions and dinner reservations, among other things. People working at breakfast were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect

Great hotel, wonderful staff and great location! Would recommend to all our friends. HOWEVER. We received a charge of over $160 US for at most, a half of load of laundry. Great job by your staff on quality of the laundry job but seriously, the charge was beyond ridiculous!
