A little disappointing from what I was expecting.
The curtains in the room did not fully close which meant light came in every morning. The light switches were not all appropriately connected and so did not work turning all lights on or off.
Just a number of small issues meant that we were disappointed.

Difficult to sleep with green light on ceiling by front door

Lasala Plaza Hotel provided an ideal stay with exceptional service, facilities, and a gorgeous view of the bay. The room was very well done and comfortable, as was the bathroom, too. I doubt we would choose any other hotel when we return to San Sebastian.

Debated between 3 hotels before settling on Lasala and was so pleased i did. The location is perfect! And rooftop an added bonus. Only small comment could have been a little complimentary something as it was a very special occasion for us both. But fabulous stay otherwise. Thanks all

The staff in the bar are all very friendly and natural which is not always the case. Unfortunately this time we booked late and got room 501 with sea views for 2 nights only but it was the best room. Room 308 feels a little small

We had a wonderful stay - the room, location, friendliness of the staff, facilities, food - cannot fault it ! Shame about the weather and the roof top bar being closed, but that's just one of those things. Would 100% recommend the hotel !
