We had a wonderful time in San Sebastian and having Lasala Plaza as our home base was perfect.
The service was A+ including check-in, amenities when required, the restaurant/bar area, the rooftop, arrangement of taxis and airport transfer, and advise where to go and find things to do.
All the staff was great in every aspect.
The rooms were very nice and clean, the views from our room and the roof were amazing.
The location is perfect for walking to the beach and so easy for pintxo hoping and old town shopping.
When we return to San Sebastian we will stay at Lasala Plaza again.

Excellent staff, especially Oscar and team, and the kitchen. Cleaner also very cooperative. Indeed all staff. Great service at rooftop and bar. Excellent room, but would have liked 1) some hair conditioner 2) body lotion 3) better light near desk in bedroom (so can use for make-up too) - its darkish when sun not out and finally 4) the bedside table on one side of the bed is very small and there is no drawer or built up edge, so a bit difficult to put things there. Nevertheless we loved it and wish we were still there, despite the rain!

Excellent. One of nicest hotels we’ve stayed in. Great service by all staff and very attractively designed hotel. Breakfasts were delicious.
