Very nice hotel with great location. Tricky to find by car watching video essentials. Rooms need a suitcase stand

The reception staff were absolutely excellent 💖💖💖💖💖💖
The food was terrible
We ordered a room service meal It was meant be hot It was cold and tasteless
Terrible bottled water in the room
Great location but overpriced
Bad sewer smells on 6th floor quite often

The hotel and room were great. Only complaint, we couldn't get the room cool enough.

Excellent. Loved our stay. Incredible location and the view from the rooftop terrace is sensationa. We've already recommended it to a friend.

Generally good, but the bathroom is too small for a 4 star hotel.

On the other hand, we regret that the bathroom size did not meet your expectations for a hotel of our category. However, we would like to highlight that the room booked was one of the biggest rooms in our hotel which is double of the size of any standard 4* hotel.
