Not as good as previous 2 stays. The front desk staff lack experience and it would be good to have senior GM visible. The sustainability policy seems like an excuse for not cleaning the room and changing the linen and towels, and the hotel is not really value for money anymore. I can find much better hotel and room for €700 per night! The rental bikes did not work and 2 of the front desk staff could not figure out the tablet, and those QR codes completely undermine the service experience of a high quality hotel.
