Todo muy bien. Lo único que no me gustó es que no ponen amenities en la habitación, con la excusa de reducir plásticos, lo que me parece un mal servicio porque se pueden poner amenities que no contengan plásticos. (Por ejemplo, estoy ahora en un NH y hasta el cepillo de dientes y gorro de ducha son biodegradables)

This hotel is great. The rooms are delightful, large and well appointed. The location is excellent, right in the middle of the historic centre. A great hotel in a great city ...a combination that makes for a great stay. The car service was also impeccable the staff were all very nice and helpful. Perfect stay.

I was very satisfied with this hotel stay. My request was handled appropriately, however there was only one person at the reception, so I had to wait a few times while they were helping other customers.
