I was very unhappy during my Check In since I booked a "Priveleged Sea room" which, according to photos on website, supposed to have a balcony and sea view. Instead of this our room on the 5th floor had just a window, no balcony and view on boats (port). I tried to communicate my issue with Ana who was on duty, but she just told me that I'm wrong, this is exactly room I booked. "Sorry if you don't like" and that's all. She didn't try to solve that somehow. Finally I asked her if I can just upgrade to Suite and pay for difference. That was a solution, but I was really unhappy with such kind of behaviour.

It was our second visit and I was disappointed by front desk lady. She never once smiled or greeted us in the 4 nights we stayed. Bellmen were great. I was disappointed so would look at other options if I returned to the area

Great hotel but would like to have a mattress topper on the bed and body moisturiser and a face cloth too! Fantastic location and lovely staff. Would stay again when we are next in town.

Très bel hôtel,super emplacement avec vue magique sur la Concha, personnel bienveillant et très professionnel……..par ailleurs,nous avons apprécié l’attention particulière et discrète ( bouteille de cava ) pour cette date d.anniversaire…
