We had a perfectly wonderful stay at your hotel. Everyone was so nice but we must give special recognition to Maider, at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make us feel special! She is a very warm, welcoming person! Please pass our thanks onto her.

FALTA EN LA HABITACIÓN UN PEQUEÑO BURRITO PLEGABLE COMO HEMOS VISTO EN OTROS HOTELES PARA PODER TENER LA MALETA ABIERTA MIENTRAS LA MANIPULAMOS SIN AGACHARNOS Y NO TENER QUE PONER LA MALETA SOBRE LA CAMA QUE CONSIDERO MAS ANTIHIGIENICO. SALUDOS

It was a really enjoyable stay that the whole family enjoyed. The hotel is in an excellent location, has excellent facilities and the staff were very attentive.

Muy satisfactoria en general, a excepción del servicio de desayuno en el día de nuestro alojamiento. Calidad de las habitaciones impecable y una insonoridad y tranquilidad extraordinaria . Localización inmejorable aunque con algunas carencias de servicios para un hotel de esas características y precio ( garaje, bar, comedor limitado y escasas estancias comunes). Personal muy efectivo y profesional. Repetiremos sin duda aunque quizá esperaremos un mejor servicio de desayuno.
