Todo genial,excepto por la tarde en el bar restaurante un chaval argentino muy tatuado y una chica rubia con gafas, son poco profesionales, por no decir nada, maleducados, prepotentes y que desluzen un hotel en que todo el resto de personal fue muy amable y muy profesional gracias

Très bon séjour. Dommage de n’avoir pas pu profiter de votre restaurant fermé les deux soirs de notre séjour… très bon conseil de votre personne à l’accueil pour le restaurant « Bernardo Etxea » par contre le restaurant « Gandarias » est à oublier.

An incredible hotel, very comfortable, great amenities and great service. The staff were great too, very helpful and accommodating.

El Bar debería cerrar más tarde por si te apetece tomar algo. Fuimos a las 11 a tomar un postre y se nos informe que cocina estaba cerrada y solamente nos podían servir café o un refresco.

Demande étage élevé respecté
Offre bouteille pour mon anniversaire
Mais offre petit déjeuner gratuit pas très claire et compréhensible sur le site
Nous pensions y avoir droit au vu de la date
Bonne prise en charge véhicule /garage ..
Nous reviendrons.
