Very cozy hotel with tastefully done decor and room setup. Personally appreciated the YouTube video explaining how to drive to the hotel. Very useful since Google Maps will not show you the way to the hotel.

C’était notre 3eme sejour dans votre établissement et nous sommes toujours ravis de l’accueil, de la décoration, de la literie, du calme, de la localisation.
Juste une petite remarque sur la question des économies d’énergie : la clim était effectivement régulée mais le chauffage dans la salle de bain était au maximum.

We were in room 503 and although the room and view were beautiful i really disliked the window style and curtains blocking much on the view. We did ask to change but only a room that was smaller and a thin window available. Its shame as when we upgraded to the fancy sea view it showed a lovely floor to ceiling large window. Also we were given a bottle of wine for being platinum from expidia , my husband likes red but i do not so we asked to swap to white. This was not an option apparently and so we said might as well have the red and my husband can just drink it, but that was never to be seen again! It was our 30 th wedding anniversary and it all felt a bit lacking.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Lasala Plaza. The hotel’s location couldn’t be better, right by the bay with beautiful views and just steps from the Old Town. The staff were welcoming and attentive throughout our visit, and the atmosphere felt both elegant and relaxed.

A highlight of our trip was watching the Christmas lights, fireworks, and spectacular drone show from the hotel’s rooftop terrace, an unforgettable experience and the perfect way to enjoy San Sebastián at this time of year.

Thank you to everyone at Lasala Plaza for making our stay so special. We look forward to returning soon.
