An excellent 4-day stay for our family of 4: perfect location; helpful staff; excellent views and a lovely roof terrace. My only constructive criticism is to encourage the rooftop staff to be more friendly as with the rest of the staff in the hotel. They were very helpful but a smile wouldn't hurt (particularly as we were up there every evening of our 4 nights)!

It was a great stay and beautiful room. I have had a very difficult time walking lately, so the view of the bay and city were important to me.

Excellent accommodations. All service, food and dining experiences were exceptional. The serving staff in the restaurant, breakfast room and both rooftop and restaurant bars were cheerful and lovely.

Very good we thought the hotel and our stay was excellent. This is a superb hotel and we would definitely return However we would add the following minor points which would make things even better; (1) provide feather pillows the ones provided were uncomfortable (2) provide hair conditioner/body lotion etc in the rooms this should be standard (3) the rooms are rather 'over tech'd'. It seems that is some areas you have been a little seduced by an excess use of technology. This said we LOVED the hotel!

We were warmly greeted by reception staff and nothing was too much trouble, our room was fantastic with views of the bay, we were very happy. The only downside was the restaurant, we arrived late and asked if we could eat at the restaurant, the answer from restaurant staff was sorry no room. Perhaps the answer should have been, I am sorry but could you perhaps come back later or can I make a reservation for you for tomorrow night. Instead we were dismissed. On our first night that was a little off putting.

Our stay was excellent. The staff were welcoming, kind and efficient. We suggest you provide a card in each room as to how the lighting switches can be used to achieve efficiencies and effects that suit the client and the occasion.
