We had a difficult situation. Staying at Lasala Plaza was our extravagance on our holiday from Australia. We had booked a seaview room. Unfortunately we were unable to take advantage of the view as the windows could not be open very far and it was difficult to see too much view. The first night we had very little sleep, The music and fireworks festival was on and the music was played until 2.30 am and was right outside our room. We would not have enjoyed our stay if we had to stay in our room. We spoke to reception and they were very understanding and helpful. They were able to move us to the other side of the hotel. Once this was done we had a wonderful stay. Loved the rooftop bar. The staff were fantastic. We received an email regarding the festival only a few weeks before our stay however we had booked 6mths in advance.

Great! Wish you would give priority to hotel guests that would like a seat at the bar. We were turned away one night due to lack of tables.

Second time we have stayed at the hotel and as such our experience was the same as our first which is why we decided to stay again

Really lovely hotel. Beds were comfortable. View to die for! Room was spacious. All amenities provided and worked well. Walking distance to everything. Staff were polite and helpful.

La experiencia ha sido perfecta!! conociamos varios hoteles, Mª Cristina, Londres, Orly, pero ninguno como este, era la primera vez que ibamos y no será la última!! El trato del personal ha sido exquisito, un 10! Por poner algo para mejorar, creo que faltan amenites en el baño como gorro de ducha, crema corporal, crema suavizante de pelo, nada que pueda solucionar uno mismo. Encantados !!!!
