Going back to Donosti with my fiancé was a dream! It’s been 10 years since my last visit and it was a nice reminder of how proud I am of my basque heritage! And I likely gained 10 lbs with all of the delicious food!

You were extremely difficult to find. There is a sign on the road near Maria Christina hotel and on the avenue but then nothing more.
You should put a sign at the entrance of your street!!!

Location. Location. Location. The room is mediocre and the bathroom is very small. We would consider staying at Lasala Plaza, but only if the room rate is lower. Not worth what we paid.

We had a difficult situation. Staying at Lasala Plaza was our extravagance on our holiday from Australia. We had booked a seaview room. Unfortunately we were unable to take advantage of the view as the windows could not be open very far and it was difficult to see too much view. The first night we had very little sleep, The music and fireworks festival was on and the music was played until 2.30 am and was right outside our room. We would not have enjoyed our stay if we had to stay in our room. We spoke to reception and they were very understanding and helpful. They were able to move us to the other side of the hotel. Once this was done we had a wonderful stay. Loved the rooftop bar. The staff were fantastic. We received an email regarding the festival only a few weeks before our stay however we had booked 6mths in advance.
