The hotel location was very good, restaurant and bar staff were very helpful.
Very disappointed in the lack of response and that no one resolved our curtain closing issue. For the quality of hotel this was really disappointing

Excelente! Un detalle a mejorar (es un pequeño detalle) pero que choca si lo comparamos con el resto (que es perfecto). El mando de la tele pide a gritos que lo limpien (con alcohol o algo así). Tal vez sean restos de gel...

Overall, our stay at Lasala was really good. We loved the location (we could walk everywhere and it was so great being in the old city), and the staff were incredible! They are so attentive and are available for everything, whether you have questions about the area, need something brought to the room, etc. I think they truly are what stood out the most during our stay :)

I think the rooms could probably use some updating, but the rooftop is amazing (as long as you don't plan on using the pool - it is very small and impractical).

I would take away points for how expensive breakfast was for a buffet, as well as for the spa. I know the spa is not directly correlated to Lasala, but our massages and facials were pretty terrible. I would not recommend booking their services.

Great experience! Location was perfect. Staff very helpful. Expensive but worth it!
