Everything was wonderful. The staff could not have been more helpful and our room was comfortable, nicely designed, and a good size.

It was a wonderful visit and an attentive and helpful staff. I would happily visit again.

There was one problem—the room was stuffy and too warm. The staff kindly moved the thermostat from 20 to 18, but there was no real improvement. Luckily, weather was such that opening the window provided relief. I realize you are trying to save energy, but there must be another solution.
