Amazing experience. Staff were very helpful and friendly and very professional. Breakfast was incredible. Location perfect being by the old town and views of the coast. Rooftop bar a beautiful start and end of evening experience.

Very nice but the Carmen festival kept us awake until 2am every night. The breakfast should be included in a €600 room per night.

Excellent. The location of the hotel is fantastic, the service from all but one of the team was amazing. For sure if we come back to San Sebastián we will stay at your hotel. No question!

Mostly good. You are a luxury hotel. The rooms should all have luggage stands and irons and a separate conditioner not an all in one. Aside from that, lovely. I appreciated those things were provided but I don’t want to have to call to ask.
