Everything was so good - friendly staff, great location and view, the Rooftop, and incredibly prompt room service.

We had a great stay at your hotel. We loved the building and the location. The room condition was excellent. Everyone we met went out of their way to be helpful. The views were amazing from our sea view room and the rooftop. We loved the breakfast.
This was our first visit to San Sebastian and the end of a two week trip to Spain, but we will come back to spend much more time at your hotel next time.

Also, you arranged for a tour for us with Diego. He was fantastic. I would recommend him to anyone wanting an introduction to the area and the food.

The staff were lovely - check in team as well as bar staff on the roof and the lady that cleaned our room. All really nice. We have got home and immediately booked another long weekend

Very much enjoyed this beautiful hotel with a calm relaxing interior. Our room was perfect, with a stunning view of the bay. Staff at reception were welcoming and helpful and in particular concierge services for our car were very attentive and prompt. I did dock 1 star for cleanliness above - overall it was excellent, but on one morning of our stay the room was not as well cleaned as normal. (Glass of water left by the bed, hairdryer and other utensils not put back in storage positions). Other dirty glass left. Very minor in the overall context. My only negative feedback on the hotel is the pricing structure. It made no sense to me that a monday night in our room can cost 650 per night but on weds and thurs it was 460 per night. I did query this in advance and was told you operate like an airline policy, and because there was little availability the rates go up. To be honest, I don't find this fair and it probably would influence me not to stay again, but otherwise everything was perfect thank you.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The weather was not as good as hoped, but the Roof Top provided us with a comfortable area to relax outside.

Regarding the pool, knowing what facilities we have, nowhere do we notify that we have a pool, since, for us the rooftop is an area of rest and enjoyment of our guests.

Beautifully decorated, the best location with very helpful staff. The rooftop bar has spectacular views. I will definitely be back.
