We had a fabulous stay, the staff were great, friendly and very helpful at all times. The only disappointment is there is no availability for date we wanted to return in September, but we can see why.

Great service except at the bar

hotel con una excelente ubicación. Recomendable elegir habitaciones con vistas al puerto aunque el diferencial de precio es un poco elevado

Our stay was very enjoyable. You have very helpful, friendly and efficient reception and front door staff. Staff everywhere were very friendly and appeared to be happy in their work.

The information about opening times and the service offering on the rooftop needs to be better. For example it was not open according to the published times even in good weather; and we would have liked the menus between the bar and the rooftop to be inter-changeable. The staff of course were good.

The hotel was lovely and the location was excellent. However, in arrival we note that some guests were offered a glass of champagne, but we weren’t. This was disappointing. We also felt that while the rooftop was excellent, the pool looked much larger in promotional pictures than in reality.

We loved the location and the lovely size of the room that we chose . Having the roof top is great and tapas bar in the hotel was wonderful ,
We thought that the front desk staff was well trained and gave good recommendations of places to eat and go see . Overall we loved the hotel and will come back .
