A relaxing environment with wonderful friendly staff, starting with check in and welcome drink plus advice to go to roof terrace before the rain arrived for the weekend! Our room, bed and harbour view were great and everyone was so kind and made us feel at home. A great experience thank you

My husband and I have stayed at La Salle Plaza about four or five times and each time it is so wonderful! The staff is phenomenal and helpful, the room is super comfortable and we love being in the old part of town. We look forward to coming back next year!

Beautiful hotel, friendly and helpful staff. I stay in hotels for 120 nights a year and this is probably one of my top stays!

Dos aspectos a mejorar. El sistema de luz me parece complicado

Hubo una alarma de incendio en plena noche que fue una falsa alarma pero no avisaron hasta que bajamos a la recepción

Tomamos nota de sus comentarios acerca de la complejidad del sistema de luz en la habitación y de la incidencia ocurrida con la alarma de incendio durante la noche. Lamentamos sinceramente cualquier inconveniente que esto le haya podido causar y agradecemos su sinceridad al trasladarnos estas observaciones, ya que nos ayudan a identificar áreas en las que debemos mejorar para favorecer el bienestar de nuestros huéspedes.

He estado muy a gusto en la habitación, tenía una distribución, orientación, decoración y vistas, fabulosas. La habitación de 10.

La mala gestión de los tiempos en el desayuno, hace que dejes el hotel con una mala sensación, que objetivamente no lo merece.

Le agradecemos sinceramente, Beatriz, que haya compartido su experiencia tras su estancia en Lasala Plaza Hotel.

Es un placer saber que la habitación cumplió plenamente con sus expectativas. Nos alegra que haya disfrutado de estos aspectos y que valore positivamente nuestra ubicación.

Por otro lado, lamentamos que la gestión de los tiempos durante el desayuno no haya estado a la altura de lo que espera de nuestro establecimiento, y que ello haya generado una sensación menos positiva al finalizar su estancia.
