I hope that you value your staff and pay them well. From the moment we checked in until the moment we checked out each and every one of them that we interacted with were friendly, helpful and professional. They are vital in making your hotel somewhere that we want to return to again and again.
The location of the hotel in San Sebastián could not be better. Ideally situated to explore and relax. We cannot find fault with our stay, it was exceptional in every way. Thank you.

Moved to a higher room when we first arrived as I didn’t like overlooking the street on the first floor..
3rd floor was fine. Beautiful sea view .
Lovely relaxing rooftop bar with far-reaching views.
Downstairs bar was nice with a sunset view , tasty wines and tapas.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel and I would highly recommend staying. Being super critical the window frames in the bedroom weren't quite as efficient as they first appeared and let in quite a draught and a fair bit of noise. All in all though, a lovely room,

We had an amazing stay at Lasala as the staff members were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and we appreciated their professionalism. Would highly recommend a stay here.
