Overall, our stay at Lasala was really good. We loved the location (we could walk everywhere and it was so great being in the old city), and the staff were incredible! They are so attentive and are available for everything, whether you have questions about the area, need something brought to the room, etc. I think they truly are what stood out the most during our stay :)

I think the rooms could probably use some updating, but the rooftop is amazing (as long as you don't plan on using the pool - it is very small and impractical).

I would take away points for how expensive breakfast was for a buffet, as well as for the spa. I know the spa is not directly correlated to Lasala, but our massages and facials were pretty terrible. I would not recommend booking their services.

It was a wonderful visit and an attentive and helpful staff. I would happily visit again.

There was one problem—the room was stuffy and too warm. The staff kindly moved the thermostat from 20 to 18, but there was no real improvement. Luckily, weather was such that opening the window provided relief. I realize you are trying to save energy, but there must be another solution.
