I can honestly say that our stay was the most enjoyable break we have had in some time. We have been around the world and visited many cities but San Sebastián is in our top 3 places to stay. The Hotel and Staff were incredibly polite and helpful. Particular thanks to the lady serving breakfast during our stay, she is a very hard worker and pleasant. Will definitely be back.

Ha sido un fin de semana precioso, el hotel está muy bien, la ubicación, las vistas, la enorme cama, el servicio, la gente muy amable.
Le voy a poner un pero al hotel, me hubiera gustado rellenar esta encuesta en euskera. El menú del desayuno estaba en varios idiomas, pero no en euskara, me parece un fallo importante
