Fantástico hotel. Los camareros de La Jarana trabajaban bastante bien pero no paraban de hablar entre ellos y hacerse bromas. A mí no me molesta pero no queda muy profesional para un hotelazo como el vuestro.
Eche de menos otra camarera mas en el desayuno. No puede haber una mujer recogiendo las mesas y otra atendiendo. No me parece suficiente. Tiempo de espera muy largo para recogernos los platos y para sacarnos platos de la cocina. Ha sido una estancia muy buena. Muchas gracias

Very friendly staff. The front desk staff were helpful in assisting us for restaurant recommendations and bookings.

The bathroom is somewhat below standard. It is too small and no place to hang stuff. The sink is awkward, and lack of counter space. The shower stalls need better cleaning, there is discoloration at the corner of the shower stall (both room 403 and 405). Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed the hotel and our stay.

A beautiful hotel in a fabulous location and the staff were so helpful and friendly. Will definitely be back and have already shared your information with friends for their visit to San Sebastian.

We were so impressed with this hotel! Each and every one of your staff were so polished, friendly and helpful. The hotel design was a welcome surprise, champagne on arrival was a nice touch, breakfast was delicious, the rooftop terrace was idyllic for sunset viewing and the room and all of the features in it (even in the toilet!) were impressive and the personalised touches were lovely... I will be recommending this hotel and would love to stay again. Congratulations to the entire team, from housekeeping to the porters and everyone else.

The hotel is very clean, well located and the staff are all very friendly. You'll fall in love with San Sebastian when you stay at this hotel. When I had a problem, he was kind and always greeted me with a smile. I would like to stay again next time I go to San Sebastian.

Very good, both in terms of service and our room which overlooked both the bay and the harbour catching the sun all day.
