Your questionnaire does not address important areas: The opening Tauck dinner was horrible - inedible by everyone. Why???? The electrical outlets in our room were only partially wired? The switches were terribly wired - we had to unplug lights to turn them off. Why???? It seemed that a mean trick was played on Tauck - maybe you do not want them to return.
