Un séjour fabuleux !
Nous avons été particulièrement touchés par toutes les attentions à notre égard et particulièrement celles pour nos 40 ans de mariage.
Surclassement, champagne, fleurs magnifiques, cœur en pétales de rose sur le lit, gourmandises variées, nous avons vraiment été gâtés !
Chacun de nos séjours au Lausanne Palace était exceptionnel mais celui-ci fut fantastique !

Très beau séjour dans un superbe hôtel

Great but duvet covers way too hot

It was quite nice but the bed was unfortunately very uncomfortable for such a high priced hotel. There was a literal hump in the middle of the mattress that made it quite difficult to sleep. Additionally, there were glass shards on my balcony for some reason. Please consider the balcony when cleaning.

Good but not as excellent as I was used to. Before arrival I had to contact the concierge with 2 mails and 2 phone calls before succeeeding in arranging an appointment with the spa. At arrival I was told that my room would have been available at 3 pm (!!!!!) despite I wrote the day before that I was expected to be there at noon. The receptionist was not kind at all, one staff member (Stefano) managed to find a room availsble by 1 pm. He was very kind and supportive. However nobody called me to let me know that the room was ready. As to the bar, olives and chips served with cocktails at the kind discretion of the waiter.....sometimes yes, sometimes no. Thanks God the spa Is still excellent
