Departure staff were more efficient .

This isn’t a 5 star hotel. The room was without furniture. Without plugs to charge electronics. The mini bar was embarrassing. The overall condition of the hotel was shabby and unkempt. I had to switch rooms just to be able to plug my computer near the desk and the worst of all was at night when you turn off the lights the outlets do not work so you cannot charge your phone. The bathroom barrier to stop water from the bathtub isn’t étanche so the bathroom floods when you shower… this hotel needs serious renovations. Even the carpet when you walk into the entrance of the hotel is dirty and that’s your very first impression. The lobby is cluttered and filled with cheap advertising and signage. Overall this was by far not a luxury experience.

Excellent . Came in on Sunday . Not much to do. Concierge sent us left . Should have sent us right ?
