Great. The only disappointment was the buffet breakfast

The land line telephone in the room didn’t work. It wasn’t properly plugged in. I had to tinker with it by moving the side table and then saw the mess of cables there.
One of the ornaments on the bed side table was missing a screw and swung around.
My husband had no side table or plug for his charger. Room 534
The bathroom smelled of sewer when we came back to the room.
No milk for my morning coffee.
Need suitcase supporters.
Everything else was great.

Very nice hotel living up to its standards. LP Bar lacks atmosphere. Please ad power outlets in rooms, especially wall USB and USB-C ports.

Je suis très impressionné par la qualité du services du personnel du Lausanne Palace. Je voyage régulièrement en Suisse dans des hôtel 5* et je dois dire que peu ont un services à la hauteur de votre hôtel. J'adresse à ce titre mes remerciement à toute l'équipe et à M. CIACCIARELLI.
Par contre l'infrastructure est un peu vieillissante; par exemple, j'avais d'importantes variations de température dans la douche et le douchette de la baignoire ne fonctionnait pas correctement. La décoration a aussi fait son temps.

The room service was poor, they couldn’t get my order correctly, it was 50 minutes late and also a couple of the things I ordered were missing. Other than that the reception and concierge service was great.
