We have been coming to this hotel for many years. It's like coming home. The site is perfect but the rooms need some refurbishment.

Déçue du petit déjeuner et dommage que certain client se baignent habillé dans la piscine

I was lovely. It was my second time staying at the Lausanne Palace and I loved it just as much as the first time. The rooms are super comfortable and clean. I stayed just two nights but felt so at home there. Very cosy. And all the staff I encountered were very kind and friendly.

Unbedingt die Hotelzimmer renovieren. Die sind wirklich zu alt und abgegriffen. Renovation DRINGEND notwendig!!

The ladies at front desk were very helpful. The gentleman in the hotel helped us to carry all the luggages to the room during check in and out of the room during check out. Very smooth process.

Everything was fine except the pole that holds the hand held shower head fell off three times ( once on my foot) and though it was put back, it’s faulty. It needs something more. It comes out when taking the hand held part off its holder- and I’m not that strong to use force to take it off. It was actually quite easy . The depth of the hole where the pole goes is too shallow.

Mid July and the air conditioning system didn’t work at all, there was no availability for other rooms and we got a portable fan as a solution, which I find ridiculous in a 5 stars Swiss hotel !
