We had an excellent stay in your beautiful hotel! We loved the friendly welcome, obviously the room upgrade was much appreciated. The slice of cake and bottle of champagne to signify my birthday were lovely touches.
The lady who cleaned our room every day did a brilliant job, she kept it immaculate!
The breakfast staff were excellent, very helpful, friendly and professional.
Every member of staff we encountered were friendly, efficient and helpful, it made a very good impression on us.
The Hotel itself we found to be a very impressive building, very well furnished and beautifully kept, we were very impressed.
If we visit Lausanne again, and we would love to, there is no doubt whatsover we would look to stay at your woderful hotel once more.

Very comfortable stay. My only gripes are 1) lack of USB charging in rooms / inaccessible bedside sockets; 2) I was not given a Lausanne pass when I arrived
