Lovely hotel! Our suite was beautiful. The concierge was very helpful. Bar staff was very slow in the lobby. The indoor pool was nice but the entry requiring walking through a deep puddle was a little odd

Great place.

I wish I had known how to negotiate the metro from the Gare to Flon and the subsequent lift from the station to the hotel level before I had pulled my luggage all the way up the hill from the Gare.

mise à part l’absence de valet à l’arrivée pour décharger la voiture et des jeunes qui se baignent en t-shirt dans le jacuzzi et la piscine, ce fut parfait !

The restaurant service was very slow (Lobby).

No water was offered as an accompaniment to the espresso.
