Personnel et chambre de haute qualité. J‘ai été déçue que le parking soit payant si on considère le prix de la chambre… cela pourrait être gratuit pour les clients. Malheureusement le spa était très bruyant et il était difficile de se relaxer. La piscine également.
Au petit déjeuner il semblait qu‘il n‘y avait pas assez de personnel ou qu‘il était débordé, personne n‘est venu prendre ma commande et l‘attente était plutot longue. En général bon séjour mais pour le prix un peu déçue de mon expérience.

Some of the rooms were very old first room I stayed in was great but I wanted a to change to a room with balcony if I extended my stay. The team where very helpful and with great manners they found me another room but it was very old so I asked to stay in my old room and asked to check if they have a renovated room for the night after.
The night after they found me a renovated room and move my luggage after they asked for my permission.
I came back to the room it was renovated but half renovated. And the TV was facing the balcony not the couch or the bed!!
Anyhow I had a great stay because of the staff but the rooms need to be renovated in a better way

Dans l'ensemble, j'ai passé un court mais agréable séjour. Et contrairement à mes visites au BRP, j'étais surpris qu'on me demande si c'était ma première visite au LP. Des détails, je sai, mais qui font la différence :)

unfortunately, i did not have the time to experience the Spa etc. hopefully the next time. Was a perfect stay and I'd liked the x-mas decoration. this was beautiful.

I believe that the Lausanne Palace is an expensive hotel for the experience we received. The rooms are old, the halls are old, the staff in the lounge were very slow, I even got a broken glass and they had not noticed. In the evening I attended the IMD dinner and the food was disappointing and the room was small and felt old. The bar was small, and very difficult to navigate through. The staff at the bar were very kind and so the staff at the front desk and at the room support.
