I believe that the Lausanne Palace is an expensive hotel for the experience we received. The rooms are old, the halls are old, the staff in the lounge were very slow, I even got a broken glass and they had not noticed. In the evening I attended the IMD dinner and the food was disappointing and the room was small and felt old. The bar was small, and very difficult to navigate through. The staff at the bar were very kind and so the staff at the front desk and at the room support.
