This time everything was perfect. I arrived I ahead of checking in time However, I was given immediately a very nice room. Even though my stay was very short, I enjoyed very much the friendliness of the staff as well as the swimming pool of the hotel. Thank you very much.

Sehr gut, schade, dass das Frühstück erst um 07.00 Uhr serviert wird. Ich hätte erwartet, dass man flexibler ist bei Kunden, welche vor 07.00 Uhr das Haus verlassen müssen.

Très bonne expérience, mais quelques remarques:
- les chocolats à la réception ont disparu
- les mignardises à l'accueil dans la chambre ont disparu
- la vasque du lavabo était fendue
- nous avons demandé quelques petits ajustements (tabouret et 2ème verre à dents dans la salle de bain) qui ont été rapidement exécutés par un membre du personnel très agréable
- toutes les chaises autour de la piscine étaient occupées à notre arrivée (pas assez de chaises)
- la moquette dans les couloirs mériterait d'être changée
- quelques rafraîchissements seraient bienvenus
- le restaurant Côté Jardin mériterait d'être ré-ouvert au moins pour les lunchs!

Very friendly and professional staff. Reception outstanding and welcoming. Very clean accomodation. Cold saison just started. Heating in livingroom not sufficient. Heating in bedroom was broken and couldnt be fixed. Room was too cold. We received a small electric heater which made it better but not perfect. Carpet and furniture have seen better days. But we loved the room and the view!!

Overall, I felt extremely well taken care of and looked after as I was traveling alone in a wheelchair.

Overall, it was a great stay. Three things about the room: the shower did not drain properly - I mentioned this to the front desk and I don't believe the issue was addressed. Despite shutting off the heat to the suite, the heat in the bedroom remained on, causing us to sleep with the windows open. This too was brought to the attention of the font desk, but it was a Sunday and perhaps no one was on staff to address the issue. Third, there was a panel just inside the entry door behind which was some sort of mechanism (did not see it, only heard it) that made a noise every 40 seconds or so. Very hard to work with that distraction. Also, there was a oil dissfuser on the far end of the 6th floor hallway that was overwhelming the entire floor with a perfumed smell. Not good.
