Excellent, except for the Reataurant services which have deteriorated over time

moyenne! point de charge pour tel portable et tablette ? matelas pas confortable , malgré pose d'un surmatelas ; le travail fourni par l'equipe "housekeeping" n'est pas la hauteur d'une enseigne 5 étoiles . Les proprietaires des murs pourraient envisager quelques investissements afin de rendre le LP plus en adequation avec les attentes d'une clientèle plus jeune et se differencier de la quasi identique proposition du BeauRivage. Impression generale d'un positionnement vieillissant de l'offre due au quasi monopole 5* à LS

Everyone was so welcoming and the room was spotlessly clean. Room was a wonderful size and very comfortable. The welcome note, the apricots and the free minibar were lovely touches.

It is likely the most lovely hotel my husband and I have encountered in our travels.

The staff was very helpful and nice.
However I must underline that during my stay at 3.30 pm my room wasn’t done yet! And I went out at 10 am.
Moreover, in the minibar there was a bottle of water already open and the cleaners did not replace it for two days!
Frankly I do expect a better service from an hotel like the Lausanne Palace.

Thanks for the upgrade ! However I mentioned : quiet room…city view rooms are not quiet at all. There is loud music until late at night. It was not quiet at all…
