Very good experience overall -- relaxing environment and view of the beach from the bar area was spectacular. My room was in the newer part of the hotel, and there was a lot of noise coming from the floor above early every morning. After discussing with the front desk, they thought that the noise was probably the result of the chariot/activities of the cleaning staff on the floor above. It was unpleasant to be awoken every morning much earlier than I wanted to be. To the front desk staff's credit, they did offer to move me to a different room.
