Globalement le personnel est très aimable, accueillant et réponds à toutes les demandes; l'hôtel est un peu vieillissant: moquette, sanitaires... C'est dommage pour un 5 étoiles. Le petit déjeuner pourrait aussi être mieux géré en cas d'affluence: Pourquoi ne pas ouvrir le restaurant la verrière dans ces cas ?
