Very negative, living in France( yvelines ) since 8 years and Bering great fun of 5 stars spa holidays worldwide, we were hoping to find a nice place clise to our place, to become frequent customers . Definitely not the case.
We will not recommend this hotel to our friends.

We are sorry to read that your stay didn't reach your expectations.
We definitly weren't the kind of establishment that you expected and are sorry for that.
Your remarks about our staff have been transfered to our direction although there are every day greeted for their know-being.
Concerning our rates, if you found another price on Booking, it means that it was not the same prestations than the one you had reserved.
You had booked a halfboard rate, including breakfasts and the aquatonic access wich you can not find on Booking. Thus, be carefull to compare what is comparable.
