We had a fantastic stay. It is a beautiful old hotel in a great location with a fantastic view. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The quality of the breakfast could be improved (croissants were not fresh) but that was the only negative on what was a lovely enjoyable stay.

Séjour très agréable. Chambre spacieuse, plutôt calme. Belle vue sur la mer et la ville.

Was very satisfied with the hotel, the staff was very courteous and the room very clean. The location was a bit far from the center, especially when you have to walk back to the hotel, even with the bus. In the overall this is a very nice hotel.

Lovely hotel.
My only gripe is that I booked a room with a sea view and a balcony so we cold sit out -
but the balcony had no table and chairs and was just too narrow to sit out on. Wasn't really much use.
I felt slightly cheated by this and should have been told this when booking.

Our stays in the hotel were very enjoyable and relaxed. The room was clean and comfortable, with a fantastic view of the city. The staff were helpful and warmhearted. Although the location is a little bit far from public transport, the hotel still made me feel like staying at home.

Based on previous reviews we had high expectations, and Hôtel Le Petit Palais really is a great hotel! Friendly and helpful staff, nice and clean interiors, serene and fantastic ambience. The buffet breakfast was well worth the extra Euros, and a great start for our fabulous days in Nice. The rental car was safely parked behind gates in the back yard for a relatively inexpensive extra fee. The small pool and outside areas invited to relaxation between all the excitement experienced in the Nice area. Within a 10 minute walk the old town, shopping streets and beach are all at hand. Highly recommended for a romantic trip or business stay.
