We spent a lovely few days at this hotel. Traditional "chalet-type" building, not particularly modern, but fine, clean, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfasts, lovely relaxing spa area, and ideally situated just across the road from the ski rental shop (with good discounts for hotel guests), as well as the ski-school, ski-pass buying office and of course the chairlifts!

Très bon séjour mais seul point négatif le parking : on était obligé d'utiliser le parking sous-terrain (15 euros par nuits !!)

Je suis enchantée, c'est mon quatrième séjour dans cet hôtel. L'accueil y est toujours aussi parfait. La propriétaire est une personne adorable se pliant en quatre pour satisfaire ses clients.

Toujours de bon conseil pour faire connaitre Tignes et les Tignards dont elle fait partie et dont elle est très fière.

Un grand moment de bonheur.

Despite the issues raised above I would still stay here again, but would make sure I had a room with a full sized bath. The breakfasts would be much better with a waiter service for tea/coffee.

Localisation parfait pour le ski! Petit dejeuner delicieux!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Its location is great for accessing lifts and ski buses to other areas. There is a decent selection of nearby pubs and cafe's although there is very little noise of this when you are in your room.
