The perfect location, the special character and traditional style of this small-sized alpine hotel and at last the kindness and engagement of the hotel team - they all have contributed basically to memorable skiing holidays at Tignes-Le Lac

Acceuil formidable !
Des êtres humains des vrais!!!! Et non pas du personnel déshumanisé , ou pire : des serveurs téléphonique , des logiciels fumeux....
Cela devient rare et c'est plus qu'appréciable.
L'hôtel est charmant , propre et facile d'accès .
Que demander de plus!
C'est le plus ancien hôtel de la station semble t-il.., un conseil : Ne rien changer .

C'était super comme tous les années. C'est la troisième fois que nous allons a cette hôtel. Le service est super. Nous reviendrons l'année prochaine

Location of hotel is great, nice view from most rooms, and the staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms and beds are very small, the fit and finish of the trim of the room are terrible. Having a 20" TV at this day and age is pathetic. WiFi was working only intermittently. Room was always over heated and there was no way to control that other than opening the window.
