Accueil sympathique, personnel à l'écoute et tolérant en ce qui concerne notre chien, toujours à la recherche de solutions, très bonne localisation en proximité des remontées, des restaurants et des commerces. J'ai particulièrement apprécié le charme de ce vieux refuge qui est un bâtiment historique et la vue sur les montagnes à partir de la salle au 4e étage où les gens prennent le petit déjeuner.

Good experience. Good place, nice and clean. I just missed that the staff put effort into trying to solve problems that came up.

The hotel is perfectly placed for lifts, skiing back and for a range of hotels. The rooms are comfortable, the breakfast plentiful and the hotel has a very relaxed atmosphere. What makes this hotel exceptional though is the staff. Justine, Guillaume and Capucine are so friendly and helpful. One of our party had an accident and Guillaume was so attentive and efficient organising medical care. We couldn't have wished for better service. I wholeheartedly recommend a stay at the Refuge.

Localisation idéale. Belle, bonne chambre propre. Bon petit-déjeuner. Personnel serviable et gentille. Madame la propriétaire Capucine très gentille et très serviable. Pas de remarques à faire.
