Good. The staff were very friendly and the location is perfect. Communications between customer, Booking.com and Le Refuge clearly isn't perfect but perhaps is Booking.com's fault. Overall - we certainly enjoyed our stay but the price gap relative to other premium hotels nearby makes it a difficult choice for us when we return (the premium is not much more for 4/5*).

Le refuge reste mon hôtel préféré à Tignes. Emplacement idéal, chambres spacieuses, petit-déjeuner buffet varié et accueil très chaleureux.
