Ravis d avoir passé un bon séjour. N avons pas eu le temps de passer un moment au spa et c est bien dommage car si il est à l image de l hôtel, ça devait être plutôt bien

Concernant votre facture, je viens de vous la renvoyer à l’instant. Si vous ne la recevez pas, n’hésitez pas à nous envoyer un email à welcome@tsubahotel.com ou à appeler directement la réception, il se peut qu’il y ait une erreur de saisie.
Nous disposons de machines espresso dans nos chambres Executive, Suite et Prestige.
Dans les chambres Standard et Deluxe, nous mettons à disposition une bouilloire avec du café instantané et des thés.
En espérant avoir le plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau.

A wonderful stay at La Tsuba hotel. Our stay was superb because we felt so relaxed at the hotel. Incredible service specially samer at the grind desk . Rooms were modern and very clean. Bedding was super comfortable. Walking distance to Arc de triumph and Tour Eiffel. Highly recommend. I will certainly stay at this hotel again .

Good hotel spoiled by issues with reception and housekeeping.
On arrival my card was charged an extra £130 which was immediately corrected but gave poor first impression.
Although we were early at 1pm we were told the room was ready which was great as we'd been travelling since 4.30am. We decided to have a sleep but after an hour were woken by housekeeping walking in unaware we had arrived.
On our second night we were woken at 11.30pm by someone entering our room which was very alarming. When we complained in the morning we were told that the manager had gone to the wrong room and apologised. Only when we asked for compensation were we offered a discount.
Payment on my credit card took over 24 hours to be corrected from the full payment plus the €100 hold to the authorised correct amount.
Shame that a nice hotel in good location is not better at reception and housekeeping management.

Regarding the booking and check-in process, we apologize if our procedures caused any inconvenience. A pre-authorization was indeed made to confirm your reservation. We cannot register and guarantee a booking without entering valid credit card details.
To ensure coverage in case of a no-show, we pre-authorize the first night's stay before arrival. Upon check-in, we request the physical credit card to secure your stay. If you present the same card, we can charge the initial amount and take a new pre-authorization for the remaining balance. Otherwise, we cancel the previous pre-authorization and process a new one.
In any case, this is simply a reservation guarantee. While refunds may take a few days, the processing time depends on your bank and its policies.
Thank you for your understanding.
Although our official check-in time is 3 pm, as soon as a room becomes available, we are happy to offer guests the opportunity to check in early. However, sometimes, as the team who changes the minibar needs access to the room to replace bottles, we apologize if this caused any inconvenience. In such cases, the solution is always to hang the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door to avoid any disruption.
We look forward to seeing you on your next trip to Paris anyway!
