This hotel is in an ideal location. Less than a block from transportation. Cafés restaurants. It’s a very good neighborhood. Overall, it’s a very nice hotel. I would stay here again.

My stay at your property was pleasant. The only negative aspect concerned the television service: there were no Italian channels available. I would like to point out that Italy is geographically very close to Germany, while Arabic TV channels were available. I believe that adding a selection of Italian channels would be a service appreciated by many guests.

Almost perfect, but kids making noise in pool after 20:00 - and running around in breakfast area was not ok. Of course this is first of all the responsibility of their parents, but it did influence our overall experience

We loved our time in Berlin and Louisa's and their staff played a big role in the experience. The staff goes above and beyond to welcome you and the rooms and balconies/views are amazing.
