Even though the design of the hotel is not our style and is a bit dated, the hotel exceeded our expectations a lot. The room was huge, perfect for family stay. Balcony was also nice. The hotel is not crowded and feels very exclusive for the guest. The pool was great, even for kids. Also, the steam room and sauna was really convenient. Perfect cleanliness and very attentive staff. The parking garage is for reasonable price and is just across the street. I would just make sure you dont open your trunk fully in the garage as the ceiling is low (and we scratched our car a bit), but it was our mistake.

Also very good location of the hotel close to the Adenauer metro station and lot of restaurants and shops.

We didn't use breakfast, as there is plenty of options nearby to get some breakfast or coffee.

Wir haben nichts wesentliches auszusetzen und kommen gerne wieder. Wir fahren seit vielen Jahren immer wieder nach Berlin (wegen Theater und Ausstellungen bzw. dem Erkunden einzelner Stadtteile ). Kennen auch diverse Hotels. Bei Ihnen gefällt es uns bis jetzt am besten!

Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt in Louisa's Place und waren erstaunt das es trotz der Lage so ruhig war.
Die Zimmer waren sauber und das Frühstück hervorragend und sehr freundliches Personal überall.

Ein sehr schönes Haus. Die Atmosphäre ist von Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft geprägt. Wir waren bisher bei unseren Berlinbesuchen in einem sehr guten Apartmenthaus beim Gendarmenmarkt. Die dortige Lage ist konkurrenzlos. Aber die Qualität von Louisa‘s Place gleicht den Lageunterschied sehr gut aus. Do werden wir künftig sicher eher in Louisa‘ Place gehen.

We stayed at Louisa's Place for an extended visit (six weeks) and we were pleased during the entire stay. The rooms were large, the kitchen was fully functional, the staff was pleasant and helpful, and the room was cleaned well every day. The neighborhood was pleasant and it was easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. I highly recommend Louisa's Place and I will return if I am in Berlin again.
