Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay with us. We appreciate your honest feedback, as it helps us to continuously improve our service and offerings.

We are very sorry that you were not satisfied with your visit and that your expectations regarding both the room and the service were not met. We are sorry to hear that the communication regarding the room amenities (shower instead of bathtub) was unclear to you and therefore caused quite some confusion and resentment.

To avoid that circumstance we are giving our very best to advertise in all your online presentations and especially on our homepage very clearly, that we have showers in our hotel rooms, as there are in fact only two hotel rooms that actually do have a bathtub in addition to a shower. As these two rooms are our signature Louisa´s Suites (117 sqm), coming with two separate bedrooms, a living room with kitchen and dining area, aswell as a spacious bathroom with all featured amenties, the prices for one of the Louisa´s Suites are of course the highest in our portfolio, even if you only need one bedroom to use and not that much space on a short stay for only 1 night.

However, we do take your comments regarding the room amenities and the reception very seriously and we also understand your impression regarding the value for money.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused and are certain that your next visit to Berlin at Ritz Carlton & Hotel Adlon will meet your expectaions more than Louisa´s Place was unfortunately able to this time.
