Great room, great location and great services . ( parking, bike rental)

If we need to go to Berlin again, we would chose for Louisa’s place again

Es freut uns sehr zu lesen, dass Ihnen besonders die Sauberkeit, die Lage unseres Hauses sowie das Frühstück gefallen haben und Sie die Zimmer als angenehm empfunden haben. Ihr Lob für das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nehmen wir mit großer Freude entgegen.

Gleichzeitig bedanken wir uns für Ihren Hinweis hinsichtlich der kostenfrei bereitgestellten 0,75l Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer. Sie können uns rund um die Uhr bei Wünschen ansprechen und neben Wasser aus der Snack Karte weitere Getränke wählen, die wir Ihnen gerne auf´s Zimmer liefern. Bitte sprechen Sie uns bei Ihrem nächsten Aufenthalt direkt an! Zudem finden Sie kostenfreie Wasserspender am Empfang und an der SPA Theke, vielleicht ist dies ebenfalls hilfreich zu wissen.

Very cute nice hotel but the rooms are outdated from 1990 and you turn the AC off at night so we would swelter every night and we asked you to stop but you refused

Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay with us at Louisa´s Place.

We are very sorry that you were not satisfied with the ambiance of your room. We make every effort to present its classic design, which is tailored to our building dating back to 1904, as accurately as possible on our website and all online booking platforms in order to avoid any misunderstandings or create wrong expectations.

Furthermore, we regret that you were dissatisfied with the air conditioning during the nights. We are sorry that you felt we were not fulfilling your request. As explained on-site, unlike in the USA, the centrally controlled air conditioning units in the rooms are not designed for continuous operation and therefore switch off when the outside temperature reaches 17 degrees Celsius or below. We strive to conserve energy and protect the environment whenever operation is not absolutely necessary. Given these low outside temperatures, we recommend that our guests ventilate their rooms by opening the windows and balcony doors. This can be manually adjusted throughout the entire building, even up to the 5th floor. This has always been a very popular practice, especially for rooms facing the quiet inner courtyard, such as the suite you stayed in, and we regret if our recommendation did not meet with your approval.

We appreciate your positive comments regarding our service and cleanliness and thank you very much for this.
