We arrived exhausted at the middle of the night, after a flight day that went wrong, Torsten completely stepped up to ease our arrival, Torsten you’re the best, Thank you.

A great boutique style hotel experience definitely not a chain hotel type of place far better i loved/enjoyed everything about it super cool place in a perfect location !

Wir schätzen ehrliches Feedback und nehmen es als stets wertvollen Impuls zur weiteren Optimierung unseres Angebots.
Ihr Hinweis zur unterschiedlichen Festigkeit der Matratzen wurde dankbar vermerkt und geprüft. In diesem Falle war wohl leider tatsächlich ein vorangeganger Gastwunsch zu unterschiedlichen Matratzen bzw. Auflagehärten nicht rückabgewickelt worden. Bei Ihrem nächsten Aufenthalt bieten wir zudem gerne eine individuelle Anpassung der Bettwaren zum verbesserten Schlafkomfort an.

Schön, dass Sie der persönlichen Empfehlung, im Louisa's Place zu nächtigen gefolgt waren und wir den Ansprüchen generell gerecht wurden.

Very good overall, cool apartments and pool.

Only disappointment was dish washer and equipment in kitchen, glasses and so on. Could be much more up to par with the overall experience, even with prober things from Ikea. And you don’t want to spend a premium price in your vacation and then handling a dish washer that does not wash probably.

I rent out myself, and this sort of things would normally generate complains.
And we chose department as family, so this is import for us.
