Beautiful hotel. Felt like we were home with all the amenities.

Good experience, great service, spacious. The bed was a bit hard for us and may I respectfully suggest you get new pillows. These were awful and our only complaint.

Thank you very much for your positive feedback and kind words about your stay with us. We are very happy to hear that you enjoyed your time at Louisa's Place and that you were particularly impressed by our service and cleanliness.

Your comment regarding the USB charging ports in the rooms is very valuable to us, as we always strive to offer our guests a modern and comfortable experience. In regards to the sauna, we regret that you did not give us the chance to turn it on for you as it only needs 20 minutes to get on temperature and our steam room is available all day long to cover the waiting time. We kindly ask for your understanding that for environmental reasons the sauna is not turned on from morning to evening in summer as it´s otherwise usually winter. Our team would have been more than happy to assist.

We were very lucky to have been able to stay here but unfortunately it was too expesive to stay any longer.
