My only recommendation is for such a nice boutique hotel ,reception area needs to be the first eye catcher and impression and it really needs to reflect the place, when we enter I was ohhhhhh gosh where did we arrive, the reception makes no justice to the place and to tell you the truth it is really ugly and looks cheap. reception area needs to be fully redone to the style and charm of the place. also there was an older man that when we where talking to Richard and he was explaining us what to do and where to go, he was rushing him and very rude told him answer the phone I will talk to them later on the elevator. sorry but if a gust is there talking to a representative, the phone can wait or the man himself could answer it. Richard was very charming in his answers, polite, explaining everything without a rush and that we love.
